can you flash a 6800gt to ultra and run it in sli with a real ultra?

I have the oppurtunity to score an evga ultra and evga gt, wondering if a flash would allow sli. and if so, would teh gt kill any chances of ORB top level benchmarking? I know they are 2.0ns ram, but that didnt stop my X800XL ram from hitting 1200mhz.
I know very little about nvidia overclocking, mostly ATi. My other option is to get an 850XT and hold onto it in preperation for AMR. The ghetoo SLi option I am talking baout here would not doubt be cheaper though, specially since I alredy run a DFI.

if flashing it makes them both have the same BIOS, then it should work as far as i know

doesnt seem to be a firm answer to be had - surprising, I figured someone would have tried it. oh well, I decided against it so afraid I wont be the guinea pig
