Anyone tried this motherboard?

I have used epox in the past... I' ran a tbred amd on one, and have just sold my 4pca3+ rev 2.0

I' was looking at either the as8 or the dfi 875p-t to go with the 640 i have just purchased, was wondering if anyone had tried one of these epox boards out ?

Also interested in whether the DDR booster works in this board or not..

thanks

I dont like where they put the power

http://www.epox.com/USA/product.asp?id=EP-5PDAJ

I would go for a newer chipset see if you can find an 925XE in the refurbs

Webzta, I got one by mistake. But since I got it, I am going to go ahead and build a system on it and see how it performs. I am working toooo many hours to hurry this but,it should not be too long. I sent a dead 4PDA5 back and the store could not get another one. So after 2 months of waiting I told them I would take any comparably priced board. That is how I got this one.

I'm looking to use my OCZ ddr1 and my 68gt agp .. hence the older chipset, also then i can use same psu etc, saves hassle..

The as8 seems a good option but I Don't have the time/knowledge to mod the board to make it "good".

the dfi seems very buggy and hit and miss as to whether it will run well or not.

Ok - If you can update as soon as you get it running, good or bad results, that'd be great.
