I have problems with the p4n diamond that i bought today. First of all the motherboard is great this isnt a post about ranting I just would like some assitance to fix my problems

I cannot get the cpu and memory at 1:1 it is always at 5:4 to the cpu. If I try 1:1 I get blank screen and have to reset cmos (really good idea though having cmos as a button )

Overclocking, I am an avid overclocker and it seems that the memory has problems with anything over 500mhz (memory fsb).

I have managed 4.4ghz rock stable but with a 7:4 divider because anything else is unstable.

This is a fresh install of windows xp. It isnt any of my other components like my memory/graphics. Isnt a cooling issue because Im water cooling the cpu. Could someone help me findout what is wrong?

Specs,
LGA775 Pentium 4 660 3.6Ghz
MSI P4N Diamond-SLi
Corsair TwinX 1024mb XMS2 PC5400UL 3-2-2-8
Enermax 600W Noisetaker SLi
MSI PCI-E NX6600GT
Corsair "cool" Water Cooling Kit
ThermalTake Armor Silver Aluminium

Highest OC

Is your PCI lock workin properly? Ive got a friend on that board that has already killed 4 OS installs from doing basic overclocks :slap:

There isn't an option to fix the pci frequency. In the same window as overclocking you can up the pcie frequency, Im thinking that needs to be set higher? It is on 100mhz at the moment.

No no, thats fine. I am talking specifically about HDD corruption off the PCI (33.3mhz) bus. Not the PCI-E
