x800xt questions regarding voltages and stuff

ok i just bought one its getting vmodded soon then ill probally get it next week its a gigabyte 1.6ns ram. ok first is there a limit to the voltage what im gunna want to put into the core or mem? i only ask this because while i playing around with it i dont wanna fry it ill be water cooling it then probally phasechange cooling it when my pc ice single stage gets here. ive also heard people saying nvidia has much better features so dont get an x800, what are these "features" i will be missing out on? and lastly what temps are to high for an x800?

do some reading on google and around the forums, most of your questions have already been answered at least once, and the ones that havent can be answered with a little research.
