View Full Version : Got My 6200 but big problem
Well I got it 2 day put it in the computer. And guess what it shows a hell of a lot artifacts is this card damamged or is it just me. But the wierd thing is that the artifacts only show up on the desktop and of programs like windows media player hammer editor but on games not a single artifact such as splinter cell chaos throy, css, far cry :( :eek:

set the 2d core and mem to the same as the 3d core and mem speeds

they are already the same BTW this is a Sparkle 6200 NV44 Native AGP

K have had something similar happen to this PC before, but ...
1. it was when first experimenting with winXPx64
2. it was when first experimenting with BIOS
3. it was when first experimenting with cooling
however, the thing that seemed to fix it was to up the CPU VCore :shrug:
never had the problem since
Hmm well i got some wierd drivers with it which arnt even out they are somkething like 76.89 but the latest ar 71.86 something like that. Sparkle are wierd. Any way ill have to try this on a different computer thnx

apparentlly you can flash the 6200 too 6600 than oc to gt speeds. Just what i've heard though....

Run driver cleaner. If you can't get it working contact Sparkle.
woot found the problem. Apperantly nvidia does not support this chipset the nv44a which is stupid of them. so i had took for a modified inf of it which i found and worked :D thanks for helping me
By they way i have a old heatshink could i cut that up and put it on the memory and how would i stick it to it :)

well its a nv44a but it is for my bro for his simple games :P but i am tryin to overclock. What cheap cooling is their to buy :)
