Both probably OC similarly, with the 630 having a bit more performance clock per clock.

my 630 sitting here at 3730mhz and fsb248 on stock volts :)

Go for the 630... the 2mb cache is worth it ;) My 650es will score the same on 3dmark01 at 4.2ghz as my 571 does at 4.45ghz, the extra cache makes a huge difference in the low detail tests.

it should do m8 but i think it depends on what bios ver you are useing check link out

go for the 630 - even if it is just for the 64bit support - you'll probably want to have the option by next year
