Welcome to XtremeSystems! :toast: Excellent first post! Newcastles were never the greatest clockers, so that is a very nice accomplishment.
Just a few questions: What motherboard was that accomplished on? I noticed your VCORE at 1.904V so I'm curious as to what temperatures you have at the CPU with your Mach 2.

Dfi SLI-DR, wich died in the past week...
As for temperatures... not the nicest, I may say... 0º, would sometimes hit up to 5/6º...
Still using CPUZ 1.26?
The first screen (the one I posted) was taken with 1.26. Validation was done with the latest version, obviously :toast:

are you sure that's a newcastle?
i'm thinking it might be a clawhammer like one of the other posters may have said.
can you take a screenie of cpu-z 1.28.6?
eviLRuLeZ
05-17-2005, 04:28 PM
you know smartguardian is not accurate to give you the correct temp. You shouldn't trust it.
Trust a digital thermometer like UEI DT200 or other.. :)

I just want to have an average temp, don't need no precise temp probing :toast:

it's version 1.26...
version 1.28.6 is the most recent version and displays the clawhammer 512kb L2 3500+ properly which is most likely what you have.

No need for precise temps, only an aproximation... anyway you've a big radbox, add another rad if you're getting to high temps and you'll do fine
Nice achievement.. thats realy high for the cpu ur using//
