hi I was wondering I was going to buy a sparkle geforce fx 256mb and is the sparkle version nv43 i am not sure. Can anyone which has had experiances with this card tell me. Sparkle Geforce 6200 256mb

1) What graphics card to buy cannot be described as xtreme overclocking. First you you have to buy the card then you have to overclock it to an extreme level and post in this forum. You are jumping the gun on this somewhat.

2) FX would not be a 6200. FX series went to 5950.

3) Sparkle 6200 would be an nv43. If it has A2 core then you can softmod to get 8 pipes using rivatuner, if it is A4 core then 4 pipes only

4) 256MB versions usually have slower memory than 128MB to keep costs down ie 4ns rather than 3.6ns

5) Volt mods for Sparkle are on this forum, make sure you have good cooling though, standard air cooling will not cut it.

Good luck, something to aim for is 650/750 !

if you buy a sparkle 6200 make sure its a 128bit card, then you can most likely unlock the extra pipelines with rivatuner and turn it into a 6600 card :)

Well I got it 2 day put it in the computer. And guess what it shows a hell of a lot artifacts is this card damamged or is it just me. :(
