My OCZ Rev.2 TCCD can do that speed with the same timings.

mine does 300Mhz 2.5-3-3-6@2.56V :D & it's A-DATA non BP PCB :p:

What the crap, my TCCD can't do those timings. To hit 300MHz, I have to loosen to 2.5-4-3-10...maybe if I changed some of the other settings, it may help, but I'm far from being a memory guru :(
Think it has anything to do with the smaller memory capacity? You guys are running 256x2, I got 512x2.
