Currently I have a mach1 setup on the rig in the sig. Here are the symptoms.
Bios is loaded with stock settings. Vcore 1.38-1.4v, FSB 200.
Unhooked from comp evaporator temps -45 :confused2 ((Takes 2-3min))
Hooked to comp unloaded -35 :confused2
Loaded temps keep rising and never level off. :caution:
Do I need a regas? Or? Etc. Etc?
The unit is 2 years old and in very good condition. No dents scratches or anything it has been babied by everyone except for the delivery guy. Thats pretty standard.

I had the "same" problem with my home made single stage. I added more gas and now the temps are holding stable at -28c (I know it aint that good, I will fix it later, but its ok for now)

Hey at this point I'd be damn happy with that temp. Mine isn't even subzero.

you either have a leak and are low on charge or your compressor is failing.A leak is more likely. to look for a leak follow the tubiing and look for small oils stains.since the refrigerant carries oil, when it leaks it leaves a oil stain.
seems the baby is getting on the limits.
if it ran stable before - maybe it is a leak.
measured by display or with a good thermometer?
when my prommi was repaired the guy "overfilled" it a little bit for lower unload but much better load temps - anyway refill it with better gas it is worth it...tested 2 stock prommis before but the refilled is stronger...just see my avatar ;)

You are right there is a leak and I did find oil stains. Condensation built up and ate away at the flex tubing. I'm visiting dad for the summer and taking a break from school and I'll work for him and then I'll buy all the tools I need to build my own. Also I just picked up a book on refrigeration so I'll read that first. :bsod: :bsod: :bsod: :bsod:
hmmm i'm sorry...i know how you feel - had a leak in my prommi, too.
hf while reading and good luck with repair ;)
