yeah thats theoretical max performance for floating point calculations. Even so, this next gen. of hardware is gonna be massively powerful, and I'm really looking forward to it. :)

And futhermore that's including the GPU power. If you did that then I could say my computer has 300GFLOPs of power on account of my 6800GT.

not really as the xbox 360 GPU is much faster than your GPU.
