Who do you people think you are - you with your sly attempts to dip into my personal slice of lime green pie? Is it not good enough that I allow you to savor my lime green pie every other weekend? Do not allow your greed to get the best of you. Lime green pie is mine. Don't make me run up on ya'll and unleash on you at 8:30PM PST tonight. Shoot. Don't look at me pretending to not know what I'm talkin' 'bout. I'm talkin' to you, Mr. D2OL Captain - and I'm 'bout it 'bout it fo' real on da funkdafied gangsta tip. :slap:

Psssh. Boy. You's fin to get the pimp hand real soon if you keep it up. I'm not feelin' this whole lime green pie conspiracy right now. It's one thing if you jack me for my loot, or my bling, or my womens...but I ain't playin' that game when it comes to my pie - especially on a Tuesday. You might've caught me slippin' today, RZ. But you best watch your back tomorrow, cuzz.

oh ok, np lol...I can promise you I will start benching....and it WILL be D20L...but when I feel 100% confident about joining the team. You dont need members who are semi-involved in the team and I dont want to be that kind of member. I'm still finding my place here at xs, and only time will tell for now when I feel I'm ready. But before then, all I can do is support you guys, you've put down teams like Godzilla on a rampage, and its insipiring to see XS excelling in this way, yet another testament to its fame...

100,000 in less than two months was only possible because of the number of computers I have access to at work. 1,000,000 is so very far away right now but we must keep moving on.

With regard to keeping the computers on at work at night...I'm only going to pull it off every other weekend. The division chief comes in at around 5:30AM, so he will definitely know that the computers are running the moment he walks through the door.

Here's to everyone on the team. :toast:

My situation is interesting. We're on a Novell Network, which basically has a login screen as soon as the computer is booted. Each employee is allowed a maximum of 3 simultaneous logins. When I first started D2OL in the office, I found a way around the 3 simultaneous logins by trying to login ALL of the systems in under 3 minutes. I would type my username and password at all terminals. Once I finished that, I would run as fast as a streak of lightning and press ENTER on all of the keyboards. This became exhausting, so I eventually gave up after my 2nd day. Little did I know that the D2OL service would still run without anyone being logged in at a terminal. As long as the computer was on, D2OL would be crunching.

In closing, I would have to be logged in on all terminals in order to set a time for the computers to shutdown. Being the smoker that I am, I am not going to run a 3-minute marathon every night just before I leave the office. :D

EDIT: Woohoo! I just noticed that I'm #100 in terms of D2OL Project Rank. :woot: I should be Top 10 in the team by the time the weekend is over. :D

You might have had a sample of it, but I took it home on a silver platter with whipped cream and a cherry on top. :D I got you by 75 points.

I do have plans to quit. My wife's expected delivery date is December 7th. So sometime between now and the arrival of our baby, I'm quitting. :D
good choice, smoking is seriously detrimental to babie's health and early development.

Indeed, it is. I believe I learned that at some point as a nursing student many years ago. ;) I've also been smoking for too long now so it really is time for me to put it to a stop. I started smoking in the summer of 5th grade at the age of 11. I just turned 30 last Saturday so that's 19 years of smoking credited to my name...and 19 years of black tar enveloping my lungs. :(

If you only knew how large of a gap there is between cubicles, offices, and the furniture that serves as obstacles I have to hurdle over, you wouldn't be so quick to say, "couldnt be THAT hard." Now imagine me doing that with dress shoes. Now take in to consideration that I am a smoker. It's THAT hard.

yea that would be hard, i am in awe over the fact that you started smoking while in 5th grade, i smoked for a year before i realized it was dumb and getting in the way of my riding. That was from the end of ninth grade to the end of 10th grade though.

hmmm, not to be racist, but if u have an athletic black friend... he could jump over the cubicles and press enter for u, that would cut down on time, and give u an extra minute to get a cup of coffee im sure :)

Give us some time and LBM will be back ......... I have a weapon of great power coming tomorrow. Although I think I am going to sell my prolific E0 stepping Celeron rig. A great little cruncher and overclocker as you would expect a 4 ghz setup.

Shoot we are doing 2,400 a day and we are still going to get passed. Hopefully we can pump it up a notch.

Been on holidays again for a long week-end, just to come back and note my internet connection at the office was off, so i had quite a dump during the morning ( i even tasted of that nice red pie during half of the day :D ).
In the meantime, i'm happy with that blue pie i'm having lately, and intend to have some more ( 3k daily average is my current goal ) for the next weeks ;)

lime green pie :o how does that taste? :)
I'd like to get some of that pie to someday.... And fyi, I've been smoking for 3 years now too and indeed we have to stop. But I'm stopping as soon as my finals are over. otherways I'll be a wreck due to the stress.

And indeed smoking is expensive but I don't smoke a pack per day so... 25 cig's will last me a week or something so i don't smoke all that much :) And Conrad, I don't think I have to say this, but just don't smoke near your PREGNANT wife :)

Yesterday was heart-breaking. I wanted to leave my desk in order to turn on all of the computers but couldn't because my back was killing me. I took some pain killers and the lazy-relaxing feeling was just too much for me. You earned your lime green pie - fair and square.

Sorry to hear about your back problems. I had some back pain yesterday too, which made me pass my Table Tennis training, but that's all :D
As for today, watching my stats climbing so slowly, i guess half of the comps in the office are off, and i won't drive more than half an hour each way just to turn them on :nono:

More like 2 months (or less) if you're running it at 2600MHz or better 24/7. ;)
