Good -

>>My 3.06's arrived today.
>>Also, my missing 603-V ( ordered two, only 1 got here - warehouse screwup ) is on its' way, along with two more of 'em.

Bad - and this is a real bummer-

>>My 2.8 Nocona ES's are lost...
I emailed the seller, twice, and asked him what's up, where are my chips ? He emailed me back yesterday and said they should be delivered today; I emailed him today and he said "they had been delivered"

Oh, really!

- the seller's tracking number ( USPS ) shows delivered ( doesn't show where it was delivered ) and I certainly didn't get them. The tracking # shows delivered at 4:17PM. I was home at that time. My carrier comes much earlier in the day. If they were left in a mailbox or on my door, they are not here.

I used PayPal Buyer's Credit and I should be covered. According to PP, the seller, on items over $250 needs to have a signature as proof of delivery, not just a tracked delivery.

So, I should be able to get a "chargeback" to my account.

Unfortunately, apparently, I will not be getting those 2.8's! They were ES's and should of had all multis available. I had visions of 14 x 266 in my head; or maybe 15x 233. Bummer!

Well, I work for the Post Office, so tomorrow I'm gonna talk to my carrier before she goes out on her route and see if I can find out anything.

Hopefully, they were misdelivered and they'll pop up. I was really looking forward to them, seeing as the 2.4 ES's run so strong.

That totally blows, dude. If that happened to me, I'd be :cussing: like there's no tomorrow.Ya, and the guy is blabbering on and on about how I should of requested insurance. Are you frigging kidding me? If I send something of considerable value, and it fails to reach the person i'm sending it to, who's fault is it?

Its' like I told him, I made sure you got your money.
You have not made sure I got my merchandise.

A tracking # means nothing. At the very least, he should of shipped Signature Confirmation by the Addressee ( me ). That way they try to deliver and I'm not there, they leave a notice and I go pick it up at the local PO. Safe, secure, friggin' simple.

he cheaped out. Shipping charge was $12, no options.

Friggin' Priority Mail for a 1lb. package is $3.85. He is blabbering about Gas costs , etc. But the fact is he has not goot the merchandise to me. If he chose not to insure, or ensure that I got it - well that is his failure not mine. Hopefully, the dispute resolution procedure will agree. Friggin' idiot.

I used Pay Pal Buyers' Credit. I believe I am covered fully. I was looking under Seller's Protection. If the item is over $250, the liability is his if he hasn't required a Signature upon receipt. Failure to do so voids his coverage under Seller's Protection. though that doesn't have much to do with me, just with him being covered by PayPal.

What that means, if this is found in my favor, and I'm having a hard time seeing where I'm at fault, then it will be coming out of his Pay Pal account and not from PP's Seller's Protection umbrella.

Hope you're right, I Found Nemo, and it turns up.

I hope I can find out tomorrow that it has been waylaid at the local PO and is sitting on a shelf there.

Bummer... sounds like the seller was trying to tell you how the USPS system worked, HAHAHA. I am pretty sure that you understand your own employer's systems.

Sucks about the ESs
