i have a little bit problem i got an msi k8n neo2 platinum (no 54-G but is same )
so i have testet with bios: 1,36b , 1,37b , 1,41 ( 1,36 mod, 1,37 mod 1,41 mod) and newest 1,5 from msi live update 3!
i can do what i like, i come not over voltage 1,61v
when i give 10% overvid and 1,555 vcore its by 1,61v
when i give 1,5v and 10% its by 1.61 :(
when i do overvid on 18,3 percent :nono: , i can make 1,3-1,55v , and the bios set the vcore on deffault ...
why i become not more than 1,61v :slapass:
anyone know?

if you use any bios other than 1.36b modded you will NOT be able to use any over-voltage options larger than 10%.

The extra voltage options added by the modded biosses don't work everytime. I'm not sure about winniens, but I believe you should at least get the voltage upto 1.8V with the 1.36 modded, by increasing the voltage to 1.55 + 13% extra.
Method to increase voltage I still most is grabbing the iron out of the closet and solder some extra resistors onto the board :D
EDIT:
Just saw this tip in the neo2 thread mentioned before. Should do the trick for you as well
TIP: to reach 1.9v vcore set 1.5 in bios + 3.3%, then get in windows use core center all the way up, and finally you use NF3 Clock-gen add 0.05v...it's about like 1.9v

I found using 1.36b I could adjust voltage to 1.66 using 1.45+13% also 1.71 with 1.45+18%
1.45 seems to be the best voltage to add % on to get extra volts...well for me it has been. Tried using 1.5 etc, but seems not to change above 1.6v
Try 1.450v + % and see if you have more joy. GL
