i have this stuff
geil pc4400 512mb 2.5-3-3-7 ram (tccd on brainpower)
two geil pc2700 256mb 2-2-2-5 (bh5/6)
dfi infinity (vdroop modded)
mobile 2600+ (2.7 seems about the limit)

whats any tips you guys have for higher fsbs (board is rock stable at 244, cpc on), i'm aiming for a little under 260, and how much juice is a good amount for the tccd, as i've heard lots of volts kill it. u guys think 3v is good enough to get the bh6 up to speed? is 3v 'safe' for tccd? i'm using the latest bios from dfi's site (and i'll stick to official ones, in case of corruption, i can have them hotflash it, unless there is a BIG improvement with another bios)

here's what i'm running now, and it seems stable

fsb:244mhz
1:1
cpc on
dimm1: 256mb
dimm2: 256mb
dimm3: 512mb
dual channel enabled
3 volts
going down the list in bios...

10
3
2
2
2
13
15
rest is on auto

it will be used 24/7, does this sound like a good setup? btw, memtest says 1660mb/s for ram, about 500 faster than without dual channel and higher cl :D

Not that this will help... the highest I ever got TCCD on an nforce2 was 252fsb at 2.5-3-3-7 timings with PDP DDR on a ABIT AN7 with no mods. But the same set up did 250fsb with BH6 chips.

sounds like you hit the chipset limit.
