neat, would work better with 4 seperate outlets though.

The water is forced by the fins and up the sides in a circular motion and out the top

that can't be right can it?

the water would take the line of least resistance - which is from the bottom inlet, through the first channel, and up through the top outlet, shirley?

still, it looks purdy on the inside eh =]

It's true that more of the water will take the path of least resistance, but some of it will take the other paths. Obviously less will go this way, but there will still be some water proportional to the relative resistances.

I'd think that after the water hits the copper, you'd want to get it out of there as fast as possible, though.

lol. thats hilarious. think most people would like to stick with something more along the lines of a danger den tdx or a dtek white water tho...

Not sure about effectiveness, but it's certainly unique.

I think uniqueness was probably more along the lines of what he was going for. Was an interesting project and still yielded decent results and probably cost him less than a TDX, so it's pretty cool

i know of a few ways to make it more useful but its not worth it.. wayy too much time and machine work

add 3 more outlets (side is out, center is in), that would drop it 5-10c.

LOL enjoy...

10C is possible if the face of the block wanst getting ANY flow.. but otherwise no.. lol

5c is the more likely target, but I still believe that block has an absolutely horrible flow pattern due to the single outlet... 10c might not be far off.
