2nd Place in ORB for my setup

Well im currently second for Pentium 4's ranging from 2800 to 3900 with 6800gt's and FM and WHQL approved drivers, now my question is how can i get a little more outta my system to get the number 1 spot? I just purchased the pro version of 3dmark05, now if i take out the cpu tests will it give me a score or are they necessary? I ask this because the highest i could run was 425/1147 on stock bios, for some reason it would crash in the cpu test if i went any higher on the gpu, but at 425/1147 its fine. I just bought the pro and thought maybe if i turn off the cpu test i might bench a little higher. Also i just did a fresh install and im trying a 180day evaluation of sever 2k3 tweaked to a workstation for sh*ts and giggles. Maybe it will give me a boost over my year old xp partition.

Hello, you don't need to run the CPU tests. All you need to run is GT1 thru to GT4 and your golden. GL and congrats on the nice score :toast:

With the free version of 05 you just have to press ESC after the first CPU test loads, then it gives you a score. :)

I'm curious to see if Server 2003 helps you at all. I've got a full version here just waiting to be used in my upcoming upgrade... :toast:

Actually i just gave up on server, it gave around the same scores tweaked to hell, and just isnt for 24/7 use imo, so im gonna go back to a fully tweaked fresh install of xp.
