After a long period of testing and leaking finally this project is at a stage were it is almost complete.

3GHz prescott overclocked to 3.9GHz, with 1.4V
RAM is from corsair running 1:1 with CPU and at settings 2.5 3 3 8.
Mobo is an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe
Pump is rated at 3000L/hr with and RBX waterblock.
The heatercore was ripped off an old car with 6 120mm fans on top.
Idle temp is 37 degrees celcius with a max load temp of 42 celcius (room temperature is 35 degrees celcius.

At first i did have a problem running 3.9 GHz, i would randomly get a red screen. Which i guess is the same as the blue screen of death, but everything thing seems to be fine after a stuck a fan right on top of the RAM.
The RAM and northbridge does get very hot, so i might make a waterblock for them soon.

Sorry for blurry picture, camera just wont take a clear picture for some reason.

lol ghetto-tacular

Just put a fan over the RAM, don't bother making a water block for it

That is a WHOLE lot of tubing, and a WHOLE lot of fans! What kind of pump is it, it must be damn powerful to be able to handle all that tubing. And yeah, a fan on the ram and some kind of aftermarket NB cooling will be more than sufficent (Swiftech MCX159-P is very quiet and good).

OMG your room is 95 degrees F? I would die.

Yikes, and I thought mine was bad hitting 80F

Yeah, me too.

At first I thought: "What the hell, with all that surface area, he's still getting into the 40s under load." Then I realized that's only like 10C over ambient, not too bad...

You should make some massive shroud for that thing. I bet you could improve performance a bit. As it is right now, you only have air flowing through like 70% of the radiator. I bet you could get a few degrees with a well sealed shroud.

The NB and RAM are much to hot to touch. So something needs to be done.
CPU hasn't reached its limit yet, the RAM has.
I did try to make a shroud for it but i don't have the right equipment, just hot glueing the fans to the heatcore would be much easier. I am planning to get a shroud made from someone with the right tools, so hopefully the temps will come down.
The room is relli hot cause of the CPU mainly. If i turn the computer off, my room is freezing.
The temps i took were after 1 hour idle and for max load, i had prime95, some music playing and i was working in Maya for an hour and a half. So room temp was pretty high. LOL i was wearing a vest with jeans and still sweating.

As i said in the post above, the pump is a 3000L/hr pump. The head delivery is about 4~5 meters high.

I think this seup is pretty good for a first shot at watercooling.
