I own an Antec Solution Series SLK3700AMB (link (http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=11-129-122&depa=0)).

My question is simple...would I be able to fit a GPU + CPU block, tubing, a pump, and a single fan radiator inside this case? Am I better off buying a larger case? I would like to keep the radiator mounted internally, but I could go with externally mounted if it won't fit.

Thanks.

Yes, you could mount a 120mm rad interanlly, however with both a cpu and gpu block, your temps would be a little high. Still acceptable though if you got a BIX or single heatercore with a good fan.

You can put it on top, exhausting through a blowhole in the top.

Or like the guys say, in the front of the case where the HDD cage is.

I would do it at top where you could have a blowhole at the top.
