Is this the - side of my cap?

The gold bar with the two rectangles on it. Is that the - side leg? I have it soldered to my 6800nu for memory mod but I won't turn it on until I'm sure its not going to blow up :p: Its a 3300Uf 6.3V rubycon cap off an NF7s BTW.

After this mod where do I measure Vddr? From the cap leg?

Yea, the side with the stripe and the short lines/bars on the side is the negative lead.
