What you have done is you have damaged the PCB removing the connection between pin3 on the Vreg and the other components that set the voltage.

This is why you only get .9volts.

To repair the card you need to re-establish that connection.

If you look at the pic below I have drawn in green the path of the trace.

If you run a wire from pin3 to R78 the card will be repaired.

Unfortunatley this will mean sodering onto the Vreg pins, but I cant see any other possible fix im afraid.

Once you have done this you could then vmod the card by soldering from R78 via a VR onto ground.

As you are obviously not an experienced solderer I would STRONGLY recomend you get somebody with experience to solder onto the voltage regulator. If you mess that up then your card will be damaged much worse!!!!

Thank you Holst, No im not an experext solderer, done my share of mods tho, Its only as badly damaged as it is now because the PCB solder point was removed in transportation when it ripped off the vr. And i tried to solder to the pcb, i made a good connection, but the volts remained the same, And by strongly recommen get someone with experience to solder onto the voltage regulator you mean APW1175 AG381, In the picture you have showed it is, SC1175CSW 0314 G28389. I am asking if they vreg pin out is the same. Thanks for your help

Well?

Im not sure.

If your PCB is different from the picture then it might be a different pin.

BUT you can just follow the traces from where you did the damage to reestablish the circuit.
