Hey guys, i want to vmem mod both my ELSA GLADIAC cards to get more out of the memory since they cap at 1200. I read the VR-Zone guide but i also saw in the 14 page modding thread about having to do 2 resistors instead of just the one for the ULTRA? Can anyone clear this up? :toast:

Any other suggestions are welcome that i dont know about such as a cap mod or whatever ;) i wanna see what these ELSA cards can do

Heres images of the back of the card, feel free to draw on it ;)

Torturing is such a hard work, giving them some more loving will do ;) i may do the core mod also depending on if i get anything out of the bios mod...

Just wanted to check with the people who know about the VMEM mod to make sure there are no changes ;)

I don't have a 68U PCIE,but i have 68gt PCIE , and it also use p211 board.So my suggestion is:
1--At first, check if your vgacard have two vt223 power chip or just 1 vt233 power chip.
a\On the front side of your card, if you can find 5 inductance coil just on leftside of the black narrow&long HSF, then it has 2 vt223 chip, the upper one is for fbvddq(I/O voltage for mem&gpu), the lower one is for fbvdd(core voltage for mem), so of course we should mod these two chip.
b\If you can only find 4 inductance coil ,then your card has only one powerchip for fbvddq&fbvdd, .
