Looking new memory

i am lookin for a new memory
that can be set at hight FSB
i am looking just high FSB not good timmings.
now i have got an adata ddr 500 but want higher FSB (at less 300 mhz...)
my motherboard is a dif nf4 lanparty ultra D
What mem should i buy?
I want to buy 1gb ( 2x512) and i dont want spent more than 300$

:D Hm.., I'd say give BH-5 a try - beating most of TCCD with mine:

Nice RAM, but not everyone wants to run >3.5v over his ram 24/7 ;)

And most of BH-5 maxes out at some 260. (Atleast the 'new' BH-5, haven't seen much really high OC's with that)
