I´ve recently got a HTF 3 Tripple X Radiator with 3 Ac-Ryan Fans
A pure copper block on my cpu 50x50x13mm
Gpu-X Heatkiller on my 6800U
and a Eheim Ac Aquastream pump
and i use 8/6mm or 10/8mm tubing

I really love my Gpu temp.. 40C under fulload
but i would like to lower my Cpu temp a bit.. i got about 51C under prime with my winnie 3000+@2,4 ghz @ 1,5v
Would it maybe helo if i use a better cpu cooler block?
maybe you could also recommend my one but the problem is that i live in austria so i can´t really get Swiftech or Dangerden and another would also be than that i use 10/8mm tubing with Pneumatic conections and they wont fit with the blocks from swiftec or?
but maybe there also some good block from german producers like watercool,Zern,Nexxos ?
regards

Hmm it is quite possible that your heat killer block is restricting the crap out of your loop and your Eheim can't keep up. It is killing the flow and giving you excellent GPU temps but at the expense of cpu temps. Options would be to get a less restrictive GPU block or a better pump.

What is your watertemperature after 30 min at load?

If your water is getting hot then thats the easyest way to reduce your temps.

If your water is close to ambient temp then increasting flowrate and changing CPU block may be the answer.

u could also check.

1) cpu/cooler contact
2) flow rates 2low ? (dont think so)
3) cooler isnt the best

i really think it depends on the cooler.. but how could i look at my water temperatur?

hum, u could just hold your fingers right in the reservoir.

Your on a K8N neo2. they dont read temps correctly. dont sweat it. at stock settings it has said both of my winnies are running at 51 or 52 C. thats with a perfect as5 mount on my over the top setup. so trust me when i say its fubared.
