SMD component on geforce3

i accidentally knocked this off the other day, and my mom's comp could use a faster video card, so if i could fix it, that would be great. i just need to know the values, soldering it is easy. also where i could get one would be helpful. could i just solder a large cap there, maybe even short it? the capacitor is C246 on the geforce3 ti refrence pcb. here's a picture

c246 is, horizontally, about the middle of the card and vertically directly above the middle notch on the agp connector
