Hey, I did a search as to what people use to monitor their temps with this board and there are mixexed reviews. So I just want to know what you guys use and what you think is the best/ worst / least accurate way to do so. I would assume the bios is the best. Right now im using smart guardian that came with the board and apparantly im idling around 27, with my fan set on software program mode @ high fan speed or about 3100RPM.
The temps may be low because I have a desk fan blasting in the side of the open window untill i get some better case fans.
Buy a CompuNurse Advanced digital thermometer, its the most accurate way to check your temps

I agree with Ein0, get a Digital thermometer..But if you still want an alternative to Smart Gaurdian.. check this thread (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=58983)

I recommend this $18.00 unit to everyone who is using air or H2O cooling: CompuNurse Advanced (http://www.frozencpu.com/tmp-09.html).

Next to a RadioShack Digital Multimeter, you'll find it to be the next best $20 investment you have ever made in your overclocking career. ;)
