Hi, im the lucky owner af a DFI Ultra D mobo

But in bios Cpu temp is still below 40....???
is that normal????
running now 2565 mhz Super Pi 32(still testing)
Using a mem devider to find max....

winchesters run very cool.
that is right. the cpu sensor on the DFI is accurate. (accurate for a mobo at least.)

that wicked when i run my 3200+ winchester at 1.6v 2700mhz with my slk948 and a vantec tornado 92mm full speed, the temps reaches almost 60C and that seems really high i think because when i run it at 1.5v 2500mhz it has a hard time to get over 40C

The DFI doesnt have a cpu temp sensor. It's the bios reading the on die thermal monitor on the CPU.

Now i want to get close to 2700mhz if possible.....but i also want it 100% stable what max voltage is safe for 24\7 and if i want to hit 2700 .......hmm fsb wil be over 300 is that safe 24\7 ??
And something about Dfi bios settings...
I only changed cpu voltage....
why would\should i increase other stuff...chipset or whatever...
Need little help to get stable colose to 2700mhz.....(get my water setup today or tomorrow...would like to see how far i get on air 100% stable)
