Which choise is best if I´m going to OC the memory???

Corsair PC3500 Platinum
1x512MB or 2x256Mb

If it's for an Nforce2 I would say 2 sticks. And I'd make sure it's c2

I believe most folks here would say 2 regardless, but could be wrong.

yeah, i thought lower density sticks overclocked better than the higher density ones. then again, at real high fsb speeds multiple sticks can cause problems.

i'd get the 2x256mb sticks.

Corsair actually recommends that you get a single stick rather than two sticks, since that way there are no issues with powering two sticks of RAM rather than one, etc....

I would say that one stick is better, unless you're going to be running an nFORCE 2 or other dual channel DDR board, or planning to get one in the near future.
