I have KINGSTON 512MB (2X256MB) PC1066 RDRAM
model: KVR1066x16-8/256
KINGSTON ValueRam
i'm selling them and someone wants to know if they're 32ns, does anyone know if these are 32ns?

They are rated -32ns

Well kingston has been known to jumble chips around from one module to the next and there part #s dont define the RDRAM device that the module uses, but most kingston 1066 are -32 NS rated parts.
