Im not aware of one, but this is an international board with people from asia, europe, america, australia. It is really one of the best. I myself am from the UK and find it very usefull

I agree with russell_hq, there are uk boards but nowhere near as active or xtreme or helpful as the guys youll find here.

Nope. Server is in the us. Its a pretty much a multinational forum though, if you look, you'll see people from all over the place :)

I thought it was strange how the time on this board is GMT but the server is in the US.

I believe thats because you setup your time zone when you register, so the forum is in the timezone you specified ;)
