Hey guys, quick question.

Using NiBiTor 2.0a, NVFlash 5.13, to modify the default clocks of my XFX 6600 256MB (PCI-E).

Extracted the original BIOS, used NiBiTor to change the default 2D/3D clocks to 500/275(550DDR), enabled the temp monitor trick.

I disabled the ROM write protect (-r). Then I flashed with the -6 switch.

After the flash, the temp monitor works, but the clocks are still 300/250(500DDR).

Any idea why the clocks won't change?

If altering the 2d/3d speeds using NiBiTor v2a doesn't cause the change in speed when flashed to your card, it seems to me that NiBiTor must be editing the wrong data in the bios. So presumably NiBiTor v2a does not yet properly support your 6600's bios ?

I'd simply use coolbits or Rivatuner to change it, much easier and probably safer IMO
