Audigy 2 ZS crash "sod" problem

i recently bought a Creative Soundblaster Audigy 2 ZS.

And i i get a high pitching noise followed by a system crash when i play games or watch movies.

I figured out that this seems to be a common problem with this card but acually while browsing the creative forums i could not find a suitable solution.

So maybe someone on here has this card and could solve this problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Installed latest drivers and so?
Maybe this can help,
run "Dxdiag.exe", and in the Sounds options, set hardware acceleration to the lowest level (no acceleration)

i switched my computer configuration to

ACPI-PC (Advanced Configuration und Power Interface)
and soundcard problem went away

BAD effect no more Hyperthreating mmmm????
What can i do about that now.

get the latest drivers and if that fails.. well.... stick your head between your knee's and cry.
