Identifying a Cap

i am trying to identify a cap on my evga 5900. but i am unfamiliar with its numbering it reads as follows.

3vp
1200
4

thats is exactly how it is printed on the top of the cap. if anyone can help me that would be great. Also what retailer could i purchase these from.

correct i finally found it. its a sanyo 4v 1200uf part number 4SZP1200M. the only thing is i can't find anywhere to order these from. anyone know where i can get something that will work in its place?

u should be able to find a 1200uf cap, as long as its 4V or more and the same size it will work.
