Help on dividers

hey guys!
I need some help over here ;)

recently I bought the computer on my sig and I am having problems with my 2:3 divider. It just doesn't work, not even at 200MHz on FSB (DDR600).
when I run memtest it shows me that I'm still on 1:1.

I have updated my bios with the 1004 update.

can anyone give me a hint to solve my problem? :p:

I'm also having some problems...
sometimes the memories have problems in dual-channel mode. Is there any compatibility problem between these OCZ with this bios, or it must be a problem from my pair?
