Best single phase cooler?

This has probably been asked tons of times, but which is the best single phase prommy/vapo (inlcuding custom mods)? I've heard that chilly1's custom prommy with r507 is supposed to be very good, however is it the best? And where would I be able to purchase this best unit (I'm living in Sweden, Europe)?

Also, what difference in temps would it be compared to an ordinary LS/GT2? And would it be worth the extra bucks? Differences in noise?

Both choices will make u really happy,and cheaper then a prommie or vapo ls.
