Anyone out there figure out the 1T issue in the BIOS and mod it? Just curious, I've read some threads that suggest that it can be done, but what do I know. :)

And the main question you should be asking yourself, is what do "they" know. Unless someone has some proof, I will bet my left arm that unless the board is PHYSICALLY revised it ain't gunna happen...

Yeah I figure that...
I've been scoping out different threads on different message boards and someone suggested that the user just mod their bios to fix the issue. I've read even on this message board that the issue is bios related and that a fix was in the works. But I agree that it probably won't happen until the next board revision. There are already numerous bios versions for this board and it's not fixed yet.
1T wasn't a problem for me until I picked up some G.Skill TCCD pc4400. I can do 250 1:1 1T with the infineon chip based sticks I have, but with the TCCD I can't even do 250 1:1 1T.
Setting my sights on possibly the DFI Ultra board... Don't know yet.

I feel ya dude, this board will be relegated to my Media Server after venice comes out, thats when I will pick up a new chip and the DFI...
Actually it is the best Nforce4 board if you want quiet operation, because I have already replaced the stock NB fan with a Zalman passive cooler and it does the job fine... All the otherboards this would be impossible...
