Which PSU?

My PC will have a Fatal1ty motherboard, a sapphire X700, P4HT 3.4, 1 gig of RAM and 10 fans. What ampage/wattage of PSU should i buy?
I have a cool looking Aerocool 320w PSU at the moment and i fear it will not be good enough as it has only a 15A "max output" as on the box.

Will it run to its full capacity with this PSU? (no overclocking)
I know it will not overclock well if i keep the current 320w PSU.

Could anyone recommend any good PSU's that would power my system sufficiently?.....and not be too expensive.
