I have heard this question asked in thread after thread after thread. i would like to no if anyone knows when this board is to be released, and if a release date has been set.
if you now what month, but not the date, that would be fine to. i just really don't want to be waiting for months and months for i board that i dont even no will be released.

It WONT be released.... Only a few ES as been Beta tested, but they dont they they should release it since the 955XE chipset is very close and will be in the same price range.... The motherboard should be as good or better...

But won't the 955XE be for dual core only??

so now that i no that, my question is:
will the 955xe support LGA775 CPUS?
and when is the 955xe to be released?

Yes, 955XE will supprt the current LGA CPUs too.

And I cannot say dates.... But...I can say soon enough....

955X and 955XE will be backwards compatable will all LGA775 chips...
