I know X800 XL and X850 XT are different cores.
Did this FlashMod work?, is very hard to believe...

Best X800XLs I have seen can do around 460-470 for core so stock core speed of X850XT (520MHz) won't work.

yeah, I agree that the original poster was full of crap.
notice how he only posted a couple more times and then disappeared. He even gave screenshots, but those can easily be faked also. Not to mention he never posted the bios he used as the other posters requested.
hope nobody screwed their card by trying that.
