Do you think EXOS is worth the price?
How will it cool 1800+ t-bred @ v2.0? (Ambient temp 32c)
What waterblock should I get?
Do I have to get Koolance's water block to use it with EXOS?

No, you should be able to use a non-Koolance waterblock. The exos is great if you want easy to install watercooling, but it does not compare to most other solutions in terms of performance (it can't handle the heat load from a TEC).

Thank you.:)

Well, if that's the case. Can you guys arranged some kickass water cooling setup for me? (That will take TEC)

If you want ease and performance (maybe not as much performance as the maze3 listed above) take a look at SwiftTechs waterblocks. They offer TEC addon kits for some their waterblocks, cpu's and gpu's. It doesn't get much eaier then that.

And as stated above if you plan on overclocking much...stay away from the Koolance systems, while they are very easy to setup and have no problems as far as leaking. The performance is serverely lacking, I have friends with air solutions that outperform my koolance. :(
