Hi guys, It's been a while since i have needed to replace a psu but my old antec tc 550w has died after far longer than i expected it to last ;).

I'm after some advice on my new PSU because i remember reading somewhere on these forums that there were compatability issues with certain types of PSUs and the MSI Neo2 Platinum [i think it might have been with dual 12v rail psus but can someone confirm this?].

Could you guys give me some advice on what to avoid cause i don't trust myself. The thing is I know these boards are slightly outdated now but i'm happy with the performance and don't want to risk buying a new mobo as i am saving up for other interests.

Anyways i'm looking for anything that costs around £80 here in the UK.. i could either get a replacement TrueControl or a 480w antec NeoPower but as it is a dual rail psu you can see why i am worried. :rolleyes:I also have my eye on the 480w Tagan but the OCZ are too expensive. Bear in mind that im running an x800xt, DDR booster & winchester at 2.7ghz and my pc stays turned on for at least 1-2 weeks at a time without a reboot so i will need something that is stable as a rock in cement.

Advice please guys, Cheers ;)

Thats nosense about the dual rail having compatiblity issues. Go with the neopower, great psu.
