good chip? bad chip? help me plz, thx

my friend gave me this P4 chip which was taken from his Dell.

The inscriptions on the chip says as follow,

2A Ghz/512/1.5V
SL5YR Costa Rica
3211A595-1530

How overclockable do you think this chip is? I don't have an Intel mobo.. so I cannot really test it out. And what's a good motherboard to couple with this CPU? I have an extra pair of BH-5 (Mushkin 2 x 512MB)

I would bet 3.2-3.4Ghz with good aircooling.

It's a B0, might not get much more than 3ghz with it. GL
