overclock

Hello,
I own a Gainward 2600 Golden Sample and I would like to modify its bios (5.40.02.15.06), in particular the 2D, 3D tensions, the GPU and DDR frequencies and the 25°C issue.
Indeed, I know that an extra 0.1 V for 2D and 3D can be applied via BIOS. And the 25°C issue I am alluding to is a performance throttling as soon as the GPU temperature is below 25°C. I have not watercooled it yet since I am going to receive my waterblock next week. But I have read that this problem exists. It seems that attributing the same tensions and frequencies for 2D and 3D solves this problem since the card throttles the performance by decreasing the 3D frequencies to 2D frequencies.
I tried to modify the BIOS with a hexadecimal editor but the addresses, the offsets are different from other cards. I have read the following thread on this forum : "Any modders game for 6800U bios" and it brought me many information but there are no answers for my particular worry. And I contacted a user in this thread who owns the same card, but he did not reply me.
So I need to know the BIOS offsets in order to locate the 2D and 3D tensions, the GPU and DDR frequencies.
Thanks
