Well guys my fathers machine went and died (old compaq mobo and celery 1.4in it with powerleap adaptor)

I will be building him a new budget intel machine.

Now the cpu will be a celeronD 2.4ghz
1gig 2x512 kingmax ram
400w psu
and the mobo is an AI7

Now the question is, Would it be worth me swaping it with my asus p4p800delxe?

I am looking for a realy good socket 478mobo that is cheep, so that only leves 865based mobos in my range of sub 100bux.

Pls give me your thoughts

EDIT: My fathers machine wont be oc'd mutch but my machine will. So what I was asking is would it be worth me swaping with that? And also does anybody recomend other good overcloking motherboards based on the 478 socket?

AFAIK, those cellys are 533FSB? In a stock system you wont really notice difference from a motherboard to another... You just need a stable one... You can look in the range of ASRock... I build about every systems for peeps with that brand of mobo... Cheap, Stable and slightly overclockable.
