I don't have that board myself, but my good friend did for quite some time. He was able to get to 285HTT on his board with some Ballistix.

Start off by slowly increasing your HTT and using dividers to keep your memory speed down (to eliminate it as the limiting factor). It's also a good idea to underclock your processor to. Keep raising it until you find your max stable HTT (Test with memtest, Prime95 etc...) Then raise the FSB for your RAM and finally find a good multiplier and ratio with the rest of your system to keep it stable. gl
