Benched with Sandra on every value there is in bios.

left is tref (166mhz 1.95us for example), right is sandra result.

Try it with tweaker, that would be more useful and do best of 3. Someone over on OCForums did this as well, but he did not list his results: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=329627&highlight=timings+bandwidth

I think 166mhz(7.8us) was the best for me with 1GB TCCD on an nF3 board, so it varies.

Twinmos Speed premium.
Not very tweaked and not so high FSB.
But the result would have been the same except higher i think.
I did it for myself and im planning on using 240x10 when i get gfx card back.
