Whats the max voltage BH-5 can take. I am running at 3.6v at its staying pretty cool. I have a 60mm fan from an a64 heatsink directly over the memory, and an 80mm fan blowing on it from a cd rom bay. Assuming its not getting to hot, it is safe to venture into the 3.7-4v area. I am trying to get 2-2-2-5 250mhz stable with 2x512MB of HyperX BH-5. It works like a champ at 240, but I have problems at 250.

with 3.6 it should already be able to go to 250 2-2-2, but sure you can try up to 4v and test if it works. i have a feeling its not your ram holding you back

ya, its my ram. If I run 250fsb and set a divider, it works like a champ. This is not cream of the crop BH-5, its the end of a run. I had to RMA my good BH-5, and I go this is replcement from Kingston. Quite franky I didnt expect to get BH-5 back at all, but both modules are week 46, 03, so just about at the end of BH-5s run.
