I was sure that the official anouncment was that Samsung has stopped making those chips. But then, I heard that they are still in production, limited though.
What's the truth? If they're really stopped the production, will TCCE or something better will come, or Samsung will just hop on the DDR2 bandwagon?
Thanx.
Best regards,
Hombre

samsung limited the production and rose the prices even higher.
the people saying tccd production has been cancelled are only telling this to make people buy the last stock of the current tccd as fast as possible :D
please use the search button
and please post in the right section the next time ;)
thank you

What basicaly happens is Samsung promises the chips to a few manaufacturers, in limited production , on a contract basis ( meaning the price from samsung is high and a huge min. monthly purchase requirement is implemented)
Whether they deliver the chips and when they deliver them is completely up in the air samsung holds the right to cancel at any time
