Ok whats the cheapest DDR2 I can get? I figured I could sell my 6800nu and godly 3000+ DTR to cover a 6600GT and almost all of a P4 630 and an AA8XE is only ~50 dollars more than a replacement DFI board and it has better audio so I wont need an audigy 2 (right?) The problem is I have 2*256 BH5 which doesent exactly seem to fit in DDR2 slots :stick: Whats some el cheapo DDR2 I could afford with whatever I get from selling my BH5? A gig would be nice but I can live with 2*256 till the summer.

Ok, as I see you are not necessarly looking for SUPER HIGH OC.... So I will just give ya the link;). (me and someone else;) think that these are those fabulous Microns... But not sure yet... Thats why I didnt want to say it before...)
512Mb sticks : http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=44938&item=6753249563&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW They raised the price by 10$... They put another sale up when one ends...
256Mb sticks ( raised by 3$...) : http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=44937&item=6751386910&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Ebay huh... 60 dollars shipped. I found some Crucial value crap at ZZF for 80 free shipping...
I need to sell my A64 junk...
I want to run 4ghz 24/7 at least which is no problem. I did some math and figured that I could run 5ghz 5:4 and 4ghz 1:1 and it would be hardly over stock on the ram so I guess I dont need much OC wise on the ram. Unless DDR2 can hit 300+ fsb OCs? I'm so clueless
Thanks for the link I'll keep that in mind!

ummm... The Microns I'm talking about (which I think they are) can do 330+ 3-2-2-X.... And 400MHz 5-5-5 (or sometimes 4-4-4).... but most other then that are far from that good;).

Or I could get another DFI LP UT, strap my dry ice tube on right this time, do some 3.2ghz 3d runs, and be done. Intel is completely new to me. Should last a while. I dont want to give up the AMD 3d power tho :(
The new pressys are cooler? thats news to me... I figure I have to go PCIE sometime and if I go 939 I cant afford anything more than a 3200+ winnie which probably has a cold bug and clocks like crap. Sure I could wait for venice but I'm so sick of clocking AMDs.
