Have you tried flashing your BIOS? The new one seems to improve compatiability.

Rgones timings are purely a guide line. Mine run fine in this board but his timings will NOT work with these sticks verified by me with two different 1GB kits.

I suggest setting everything to auto except the 2.5,3,3,7 enable cpc 2.8v see how that goes. At least flash to the 2/17 bios but I'm on the latest official now 3/10. You should be able to leave chipset and LDT at stock volts.

2.5-3-3-7 will not work, i HAVE to run these sticks at 2-2-2-5 or it won't boot, regardless of what all the other settings are and that is my prob, why can't i put loser timings!?!?!?!

I would say you got problems obviously. It could be one of about 100 things. I would check the ram first, then the board, then the PSU. Good luck narrowing it down but the lack of information you give makes it a pure guess.
